- Powerful and Compact: With a measuring capacity of 20mm and a measuring range of 10mm. our small horizontal measuring bench packs a punch. Perfect for checking external dimensions on small parts in delicate manufacturing.
- Pinpoint Precision: Featuring a measuring spindle guided by linear ball bearings, our bench can be equipped with a digital dial gauge or a measuring probe for up to 0.1μm resolution. With Sylvac display unit and measuring probe pairing, you can reach an overall accuracy of 0.6μm and a repeatability of 0.2μm.
- Robust and user-friendly Design: Built with cast iron, our bench withstands challenging environments. Two ergonomic levers enable effortless axis movement, while the adjustable 0.3-1.0N measuring force eliminates operator biases. It includes durable Ø 1.5mm hard metal measuring anvils for reliable performance.
- Versatile and Customizable: Our bench can be equipped with an extensive selection of measuring anvils and support tables, tailored solutions are also available upon request. It is compatible with Sylvac Ø 1.5mm and Cary type spindles.
