Merchandise Returns (RMA)
Procedure to follow:
For all merchandise returns (repairs, loans, quotes & warranties), an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) form is required.
This means that you must declare all goods to us before each shipment.
Log in to the website RMA Index
Fill in the fields provided for this purpose.
You will receive our RMA confirmation number with a PDF document containing the shipping information.
Print the document, check the details and send the goods to the address provided.
Please note that returns without an RMA form or with incorrect and/or incomplete forms cannot be processed and will unnecessarily delay the procedure.
