Last week, we had the pleasure of welcoming our Asia-Pacific agents to Bangkok for the 17th edition of our annual seminar. With a record number of participants, the event once again highlighted the strong engagement and importance of this yearly gathering for our regional network.
Held in the heart of Bangkok at the Hilton Grande Asoke, the venue proved to be an excellent choice, offering an ideal setting for two days of presentations, workshops and open discussions. The seminar allowed us to reflect on the past year, share key updates, and strengthen collaboration across teams from the entire APAC region.
Some of the highlights included:
- The Asian premiere of the 𝐒𝐂𝐀𝐍 𝐒𝟔𝟓𝐓,
- presentations on Sylcom and the 𝐀𝐏𝐂 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐩𝐭,
- a special guest session with Yvan Kulja, introducing Trimos instruments now accessible to interested Sylvac agents,
- and many interactive sessions encouraging the exchange of field experience and best practices.
One of the most appreciated moments was the coaching afternoon led by Jean-Francois Cousin, who shared valuable insights on customer relationships and the importance of listening and meaningful dialogue.
The seminar was also an opportunity to recognize and celebrate several agents for their commitment and achievements. These moments of recognition always generate great pride and serve as a strong source of motivation for the entire network.
As always, the Asia seminar would not be complete without its convivial moments. This year’s gala evening at Tawandeng Brewery will certainly remain memorable, followed by a fun and relaxed recreational day at Topgolf Bangkok, where everyone could take part, golfers and non-golfers alike.
